Return Shipping Fees

• Free of charge for returns due to Hoang Ha Pharma’s fault (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong item, shipping damage).

• For returns based on personal reasons (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer want the product), the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
